FAQ What items are refundable?

Items must be in new condition with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

What if the item I received is damaged?

Please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase to get a refund or exchange on defective items. You must include your full name and address, your order # and a photographic evidence along with a brief description.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please email us ASAP at hello@lovebenedetta.com with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order and we will take care of you.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
